Setting Up Offices for TriZetto

You must set up each office that you want to use with TriZetto in AcuityLogic Admin.

To set up offices for TriZetto

  1. In AcuityLogic Admin, click Company and select Company Setup.

    The Company Information window opens.

  2. Click the Offices link.

    The Company Offices window opens.

  3. Click the link for the office you want to set up in the Office # column.

    The Office Information window opens.

  4. Type the TriZetto site key for the office in the GatewayEDI Site Key field.
  5. Type the TriZetto child site key for the office in the Gateway Child EDI Site Key field, if needed.
    Entering different child site keys for different offices allows claims from each office to be uniquely identified. TriZetto must provide you with the child site keys and configure additional settings before you can use this functionality. Contact your TriZetto representative for assistance with configuring this functionality.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Repeat steps 3–6 for each office you want to use with TriZetto.
