Setting Up and Mapping CPT Codes for the VSP Interface
You must set up and map CPT codes for all products and services that your company bills to VSP. If you bill non-covered items to VSP, you must set up and map CPT codes for all products and services offered by your company. See Maintaining CPT Codes.
