Opening and Navigating Calendar View in AcuityLogic BackOffice
This section explains how to open and navigate Calendar View in the AcuityLogic BackOffice Scheduler.
Topics include the following:
To open Calendar View
- Click Appointment and select Calendar View.
Calendar View appears.
To modify viewing options in Calendar View
- Open Calendar View. See To open Calendar View.
- To view the daily schedule, click Day at the top of the appointment grid.
The daily schedule appears for each resource for the current day.
- To view the weekly schedule, click Week at the top of the appointment grid.
The weekly schedule (Sunday-Saturday) appears for each resource for the current week.
To navigate to a different date
- Open Calendar View. See To open Calendar View.
- To go forward or backward a day, click the Arrow icons.
- To go directly to a specific day, click the down arrow icon, and click a date on the calendar.
To show all days
- Open Calendar View. See To open Calendar View.
- Select the Show All Days check box.
The Scheduler grid is condensed so that all of the days fit on one page.
To view a different location
If your company has set up AcuityLogic so that each location can schedule appointments for other locations, you can access the schedule for each office in Calendar View. The process to switch between office schedules depends on the option selected in AcuityLogic Admin. You can switch between schedules either by using the tabs that appear by default or by using a drop-down list.

- Open Calendar View. See To open Calendar View.
- Perform one of the following tasks:
- Click the tab at the bottom of the schedule for the office you want to view.
- From the Office drop-down list, select the office you want to view.
