Recording Patient No-Shows in Book View in AcuityLogic BackOffice

This topic explains how to record patient no-shows in Book View of the AcuityLogic BackOffice Scheduler.

To record patient no-shows in Book View

  1. Open Book View. See To open Book View and search for availability.
  2. Click the Edit link in the row of the appointment you want to mark as a no-show, select the No Show radio button, and click OK.

    The appointment status changes to No Show.
