Recording Patient No-Shows in Calendar View in AcuityLogic BackOffice

This topic explains how to record patient no-shows in Calendar View of the AcuityLogic BackOffice Scheduler.

To record patient no-shows in Calendar View

  1. Open Calendar View and navigate to the appointment you want to mark as a no-show. See Opening and Navigating Calendar View in AcuityLogic BackOffice.
  2. Perform one of the following tasks:
    • Right-click the appointment, and select No Show.
    • Right-click the appointment, select Edit Selected Appointment, and select the No Show radio button.
