Reviewing and Modifying Patient Information in Calendar View in AcuityLogic BackOffice

This topic explains how to review and modify a patient's profile and insurance information in Calendar View of the AcuityLogic BackOffice Scheduler.

To review and modify patient information in Calendar View

  1. Open Calendar View. See To open Calendar View.
  2. Search for and select the patient's name. See Searching for Patients in Calendar View in AcuityLogic BackOffice.

    The Patient Profile window opens.

  3. Modify patient and insurance information if necessary.
  4. To scan a document into the patient’s profile:
    To conserve storage space, Eyefinity recommends that you scan the document by using your scanner’s lowest setting to create the smallest file size.
    1. Click Documents.
    2. Click Scan Document.
    3. In the Name field, enter the document name.
    4. Click Scan.
    5. Select a scanner source, and click Select.
    6. From the Output Type drop-down list, select an output type.
    7. Click Finish.
    8. From the Document Type drop-down list, select a document type.
    9. Click Save.
    10. Click the View Document link.

    The scanned document appears. You can also view the scanned document from the patient profile in AcuityLogic POS.

  5. To close the window, click Close Window.
