Researching VSP Insurance Claims

To research VSP insurance claims

  1. In AcuityLogic Billing, click Claim Management.
  2. Search for a VSP claim. See Searching for Claims.
  3. Review the claim status of the claim in the Claim Status column:
    • Ready to Bill: The claim has not yet been billed to VSP.
    • Billed: The claim has been billed to VSP.
    • On Hold: The claim was rejected.
  4. In the Claim # column, click the claim number link to open the Claim Detail window for the claim.
