Patient Medical History
All selections made in the Medical History window in ExamWRITER transfer to AcuityLogic. This includes all selections from the Medical Hx, Systematic Surgery, Ocular Hx, and Ocular Surgery areas. All selections in the Medical History window in ExamWRITER display on the Add Patient Exam window in AcuityLogic POS.
