ExamWRITER and AcuityLogic are configured to exchange specific information with each other automatically. This section explains which information automatically transfers between ExamWRITER and AcuityLogic.

Patient information that you record in a patient profile in AcuityLogic transfers to ExamWRITER when you create or update a patient.
Exam data recorded in ExamWRITER transfers to AcuityLogic when you close or finalize an exam. Exam data transfers to AcuityLogic only once; if you finalize an exam after closing it, the exam data is not re-sent to AcuityLogic.
