Viewing VSP Patient Record Reports

To view a VSP Patient Record Report

  1. In AcuityLogic POS, open a patient profile. See Opening Patient Profiles.
  2. Click the Insurance tab.
  3. Click the Eligibilities link next to the patient’s VSP insurance.

    The patient’s past and current eligibilities for the plan are displayed.

    The Source column indicates how an authorization was obtained. For authorizations obtained using the VSP interface, a VSP logo appears in the Source column. For authorizations obtained manually, Manual appears in the Source column.
  4. To view a VSP Patient Record Report for an authorization, click the Benefit Details (magnifying glass) icon:

    The Eligibility Detail window opens and displays the VSP Patient Record Report in the same format as the online or faxed report.
