Logging in to AcuityLogic X-Link
Eyefinity will set up all your AcuityLogic X-Link partners and integrations. You should log in to AcuityLogic X-Link to monitor your integrations and check for errors.
Before you can log in to AcuityLogic X-Link, you must have the appropriate security role assigned to you.
To log in to AcuityLogic X-Link
- Open a Firefox or Chrome browser.
- Use your AcuityLogic BackOffice URL, but replace BackOffice with Xlink.
For example, if your BackOffice URL is http://999.99.99.99/BackOffice, your X-Link URL is http://999.99.99.99/Xlink.
- In the User Name and Password fields, enter you login credentials.
- Click Log In.
The AcuityLogic X-Link Dashboard opens.
