AcuityLogic X-Link controls all AcuityLogic integrations and data transfers, and schedules when data is transferred between AcuityLogic modules and between AcuityLogic and external systems. AcuityLogic X-Link also processes and calculates data, such as commissions and key performance indicators (KPIs).

For example, AcuityLogic X-Link transfers and processes data as follows:

• Sends lab orders from AcuityLogic POS to external labs (if you integrate with a lab management system).
• Sends contact lens orders from AcuityLogic POS to contact lens distributors (if you integrate with a contact lens distributor).
• Sends orders that have insurance applied to them in AcuityLogic POS to AcuityLogic Billing, and creates insurance claims based on those orders.
• Sends insurance claims from AcuityLogic Billing to Gateway EDI and VSP (if you integrate with either of these organizations).
• Updates all your accounting reports in AcuityLogic POS and AcuityLogic BackOffice with sales and transactions from AcuityLogic POS.
• Calculates commissions and key performance indicators (KPIs) that you can see in AcuityLogic POS and AcuityLogic BackOffice.
• Sends stock orders from AcuityLogic POS to AcuityLogic DC (if you have an AcuityLogic DC module).
• Transfers data between AcuityLogic and any other system integrated with AcuityLogic.
