Maintaining Partners in AcuityLogic X-Link
A partner is a system with which you interface. Although Eyefinity will set up all your partners and integrations in AcuityLogic X-Link, you may need to deactivate or reactivate your partners at some point.

To deactivate partners
You cannot delete a partner, but you can deactivate it so that all its integrations stop running. You can always reactivate a partner.
- Click Partners.
- Click the Pause icon (
) next to the partner you want to deactivate.The Deactivate Partner window opens.
- In the Please enter a reason below field, enter the reason for deactivating the partner, and click Yes.
The partner and its related integrations will be inactive until you reactivate the partner.
To reactivate partners
- Click Partners.
- Click the Play icon (
) next to the partner you want to reactivate.The Activate Partner window opens.
- In the Please enter a reason below field, enter the reason for reactivating the partner, and click Yes.
The partner is reactivated.
