Restarting Failed Integrations in AcuityLogic X-Link
This section explains how to restart failed integrations.
Topics include the following:
A batch automatically times out after three or four hours. If you have a large batch of data, AcuityLogic X-Link may need several hours to process the batch. Monitor the batch, and restart it each time it times out. Continue this process until AcuityLogic X-Link processes the complete batch.
- From the Dashboard, click any box (stage) of the integration that failed.
The View Batch Detail window opens.
- Click the Retry Batch link if it appears.If the Retry Batch link is not displayed, close and manually restart the batch. See To close batches and manually run integrations.
The Retry Batch window opens.
- Do one of the following:
- To rerun the batch immediately, don’t change the Retry Date/Time fields.
- To rerun the batch at a specified time, select the time in the Retry Date/Time fields.
- In the Please enter a reason below field, enter the reason for retrying the batch, or copy-and-paste the error message.
- Click OK.
The batch reruns and appears on the Dashboard.
- From the Dashboard, click any box (stage) of the integration that failed.
The View Batch Detail window opens.
- Click the Close Batch link.
The Close Batch window opens.
- In the Please enter a reason below field, enter the reason for closing the batch, or copy-and-paste the error message.
- Click OK.
- Do one of the following:
- To wait for the integration to run at its next scheduled time, do not continue with this procedure.
- To run the integration manually, go to step 7.
- Click Partners.
- Click the Partner Name link of the partner whose integration you want to run.
- In the Schedule/Next Run Time column, click the Play icon ().
The integration runs before its next scheduled time, but it may not appear on the Dashboard right away. It should appear on the Dashboard within a few minutes. In the Next Run Time column of the Integration page, “Immediately” indicates that the integration is running or is about to run.
