Clearing Schedule Templates
For multitenant environments, the following setup must be completed for each company. The parent company setup is not automatically applied to individual companies.
To clear schedule templates
- Open the Schedule Template Setup window. See Opening the Schedule Template Setup Window.
- In the Templates section, select a template.
- Perform one of the following actions:
- In the Actions section of the Resource Hours Setup tab, click Clear.
- In the Actions section of the Service Templates Setup tab, click Clear.
- In the confirmation message, click OK to remove all resource hours and service templates added to the selected schedule template.When you click OK, all information added to the Resource Hours Setup tab and the Service Templates Setup tab is removed regardless of which tab is displayed. This action cannot be undone.
