Setting Up Schedule Templates

This section explains how to set up schedule templates.

You can set up schedule templates and apply the templates when you set up resource schedules or service templates.

  • The following schedule template functionality is in development:
    • Rotation and date range setup
    • Service template service groups
  • The following are known issues for schedule templates:
    • The Description, Start Date, and End Date fields are disabled.
    • If you click New Template, Delete Template, Copy Template, or Clear and click Cancel in the window that opens, you cannot select another template in the Templates section. To select a different template, click Return to close the Schedule Template Setup window, and reopen the window.
    • The Delete Availability button does not have any functionality.
    • For resources with rotations or date ranges set up, the schedule template is applied to the Normal Hours - Week 1 schedule even if a different schedule is selected.
  • For multitenant environments, the following setup must be completed for each company. The parent company setup is not automatically applied to individual companies.
