Creating Schedule Templates

For multitenant environments, the following setup must be completed for each company. The parent company setup is not automatically applied to individual companies.

To create schedule templates

  1. Open the Schedule Template Setup window. See Opening the Schedule Template Setup Window.
  2. In the Actions section, click New Template.
  3. In the New Template window, enter a template name and click OK.
    To rename a template, in the Template Name & Available Date Range section, enter a new name in the Name field, and click Save Name.
  4. To add availability to the schedule template, click and drag your mouse cursor over the day and time, and perform one of the following actions:
    • Right-click the time slot and select Add Availability.
    • In the Actions section, click Add Availability.
    To delete a time slot of availability, select the time slot, right-click, and select Delete.
