Editing Contact Lens Suppliers

You can edit the contact lens suppliers included in AcuityLogic.

To add suppliers to the system, contact your Eyefinity implementation specialist or account manager.

For multitenant environments, the following setup can be performed only by administrators of the parent company and is required only for the parent company. The parent company setup applies to all companies.

To edit contact lens suppliers

  1. In AcuityLogic Admin, click Product, select Contact Lens, and then select Supplier.
  2. Click the Edit link for the supplier you want to edit.
  3. If necessary, edit the name in the Supplier Name field.
  4. In the Value field, enter one of the following numbers to specify where the supplier's inventory originates:

    1: Contact Lens Supplier (Auto)

    2: Inventory

    3: Vendor

    4: Contact Lens Supplier (Manual)

    5: Distribution Center

  5. Leave the Workflow check box as is unless you are working with Eyefinity to make changes.

    Eyefinity preconfigures the workflow for offices with a distribution center or lab so that when a contact lens order is invoiced, the order is placed in Ready to Send status. When the order submission integration runs, the status is set to In Process, and the order is sent to the distribution center or lab.
