Creating and Modifying Contact Lenses
This section explains how to set up contact lenses.
Before you create a contact lens that is available to AcuityLogic POS users, the following attributes must be available:
- Manufacturer
- Style
- Color
Run a search on each of the attributes to make sure you have the components you need.
For multitenant environments, the setup covered in the following topics can be completed only by administrators of the parent company. Those administrators can create and modify items for all companies from the Product menu. Administrators of individual companies cannot access the Product menu.
Contact lenses can be set up or updated for individual companies after the initial setup is complete. See Setting Up Contact Lenses for Individual Companies.
