Exporting Contact Lens Details

You can search for and export contact lens details to Excel.

To export contact lens details

  1. In AcuityLogic Admin, click Product, select Contact Lens, and then select Contact Lens.

  2. Search for the contact lenses you want to export using the following fields:
    • Manufacturer
    • Style Name
    • Color
    • Is Active
    • Item Group
    • Hard / Soft
    • Item Name
  3. Click Find.

    The contact lenses that meet your search criteria are displayed.

  4. From the Export PriceList drop-down list, select the price list to apply to the exported contact lenses.

    The price lists for all companies are available in the drop-down list.

    Pricing based on the selected price list appears in the Price column of the exported Excel spreadsheet.

  5. Click Export.

    The contact lens details are exported to an Excel spreadsheet.
