Using the Frames and Accessories Load Process

You can use the frames and accessories load process to upload products to AcuityLogic from Excel files in CSV format. Before you can use the load process, Eyefinity must set up the AcuityLogic X-Link integration and a target directory on an FTP server. After Eyefinity completes the setup, the Excel files you place in the target directory are processed nightly as part of the integration.

  • The frame and accessories load process is supported only on AcuityLogic 8.0 or later.
  • The load process can be used to upload new frames or to update existing frame information.
  • The AcuityLogic X-Link integration can be configured with either an FTP server or Network Files as the target destination. However, all configuration setup for the integration must be made in the FTP section in the Configuration tab in AcuityLogic X-Link.
  • If you are interested in using the frames and accessories load process, contact your AcuityLogic account manager.
  • For multitenant environments, ensure that the items loaded are mapped and priced for all companies. See Adding and Changing Pricing for Frames and Setting Up Other Product Items for Individual Companies.
