Mapping Lens Items for the Optifacts Lab Interface
This section explains how to map lens items for the Optifacts lab interface in AcuityLogic Admin.
- In addition to the setup outlined in this topic, Eyefinity must configure settings before you send orders through a lab interface. To use a lab interface, contact your AcuityLogic account manager.
- The lab interface setup requires lab codes that can be provided by Optifacts. Contact your Optifacts account representative if you do not have the required lab codes.
- Use the normal frame mapping to send frame information through the lab interface. No additional mapping is required. Record all the frame details to send to a lab, such as UPC code, edge type, and frame shape. Record the UPC code for all the frames the lab provides.
- For multitenant environments, the following setup can be performed only by administrators of the parent company and is required only for the parent company. The parent company setup applies to all companies.
