Managing Frame Details for Individual Companies
For multitenant environments, administrators with access to AcuityLogic Admin for the parent company can manage the following frame details for all companies:
- Status Change Date
- Price Change Date
- Date Added
- Section Number
- Supply Source
These frame details are specified in the Frame Edit window for the parent company and are applied to all individual companies by default. If necessary, they can be updated for an individual company using the following procedure.
For multitenant environments, the following setup can be performed only by administrators of the parent company. Setup and updates for individual companies can be performed after the initial setup is completed. See Setting Up Frames for Individual Companies.
To manage frame details for individual companies
- In AcuityLogic Admin, click Product, select Frames, and then select Frames.
- In the Frames window, click the link in the Item # column of the frame whose frame details you want to update.
The Frame Edit window appears.
- In the Product Mapping section, click the Item Fields link for the individual company whose frame details you want to update.The Item Fields link for the parent company is disabled because the parent company's details are specified in the Frame Edit window.
- In the Item Fields window, update the frame information as necessary:
- Status Change Date — The date the frame item's status was last changed.
- Price Change Date — The date the frame item's price was last changed.
- Date Added — The date the frame was added to AcuityLogic. This date is automatically populated for the parent company in the Item Fields section of the Frame Edit window. Individual companies can enter a different date in this window.
- Section Number — The location of the frame in the distribution center. The section number appears in the stock pick list generated for stock orders in AcuityLogic DC. It also appears in the DC Frame Replenishment Report (INV113).
- Supply Source — Select one of these sources:
- DC: When you sell a frame, a replenishment is created and added to the pick list for the distribution center from which you get the frame.
- DC if Available: If the distribution center has one or more frames on hand, the frame is added to the distribution center's pick list. If the distribution center has none on hand, the frame is added to a vendor pick list.
- Vendor: If you do not have the frame in your office, the distribution center orders it from the vendor.
This information is included in exported frame price lists. - Click Save.
