Setting Up Contact Lenses for Individual Companies
For multitenant environments, administrators with access to AcuityLogic Admin for the parent company can complete the setup for contact lenses for all companies and price contact lenses for the parent company. After the initial setup is complete, contact lenses can be set up or updated and contact lens details can be exported for individual companies.
Administrators of the parent company can create and modify contact lenses for all companies from the Product menu. See Creating and Modifying Contact Lenses.

To map and price contact lenses
- In AcuityLogic Admin, click Company and select Product Mapping.
- In the Products window, click the Contact Lens link for a company.
- In the Contact Lens Mapping window, search for the contact lenses that you want to map and price using the provided search criteria.
- Click Map Items for the contact lenses that you want to map and price.
- In the Items Mapping window, select the Include check box for the contact lenses that you want to map and price.Deselect the Include check box if you no longer want to make a contact lens available in AcuityLogic POS.
- (Optional) Update the name of the contact lenses in the Company Item Name field.
- (Optional) Update the company cost for the contact lenses in the Default Cost field. The default cost is reported on the cost of goods sold reports.To set the same cost for all contact lenses in the Items Mapping window, click Set Cost, enter the cost in the Cost field, and click Save.
- To allow the contact lenses to be sold without a price, select the Allow Zero Price check box.

Click the Pricing link for the item that you want to price.
To set the same price for all contact lenses in the Items Mapping window, click Set Default Price, enter the price in the Default Price field, and click Save. The price is entered only for the default price list. - In the Pricing window, enter the price for the contact lenses.
If you have more than one price list, more than one row of prices is displayed.
- Click Save to save the pricing or click Save & Return to save the pricing and close the Pricing window.
- Click Save to close the Items Mapping window.
To export contact lens details
- In AcuityLogic Admin, click Company and select Product Mapping.
- In the Products window, click the Contact Lens link for a company.
- In the Contact Lens Mapping window, search for contact lenses using the provided search criteria.
- From the Export PriceList drop-down list, select the price list to apply to the exported contact lenses.
- Click Item Export.
AcuityLogic exports the contact lens information to Microsoft Excel.
