Viewing Claim History
The claim history in AcuityLogic Billing lists all changes that have been made to a claim automatically by AcuityLogic or manually by users. The history also includes the date and time each change was made and notes that were added when the change was made.
To view claim history
- Search for a claim. See Searching for Claims.
- View the history for a claim by using one of the following methods:
- From the Action drop-down list for the claim, select Claim History.
The Claim History window opens.
- Click the link of the claim in the Claim # column.
The Claim Detail window opens. The claim history appears at the bottom of the window.
- From the Action drop-down list for the claim, select Claim History.
