Reports in AcuityLogic DC

You can generate the following inventory reports in AcuityLogic DC:

Report Description

Physical Inventory Valuation Summary (INV102)

Shows a valuation summary for inventory items counted during physical inventory sessions for one or more locations in the date range you specify. The values are calculated using the default cost set up in AcuityLogic Admin.

The report includes the following:

  • Location
  • Physical inventory date
  • Inventory count
  • Inventory count value
  • Last inventory count
  • Last inventory count value
  • Inventory count variance
  • Variance value

You can generate the report for frames or accessories. For frames, you can select one or more collections.

Physical Inventory Valuation Detail (INV103)

Shows the value of inventory items counted during physical inventory sessions for one or more locations in the date range you specify. The values are calculated using the default cost set up in AcuityLogic Admin.

The report includes the following:

  • Location
  • Physical inventory date
  • Item cost
  • Inventory count
  • Inventory count value

You can generate the report for frames or accessories. For frames, you can select one or more collections.

To include items with a zero inventory count, select Show Zero Balance Items.

You can also generate this report for the office from which you are accessing AcuityLogic POS in the Inventory section's Reports tab.

Physical Inventory Variance Summary (INV104)

Shows the total variance between the current system on-hand quantity and the actual count recorded during physical inventory sessions for one or more locations within the date range you specify.

The report includes the following:

  • Location
  • Physical inventory date
  • Current system on-hand quantity
  • Inventory count
  • Variance
  • Variance percentage
  • Current system on-hand quantity value
  • Inventory count value
  • Variance value
  • Variance value percentage

You can generate the report for frames or accessories. For frames, you can select one or more collections.

You can also generate this report for the office from which you are accessing AcuityLogic POS in the Inventory section's Reports tab.

Physical Inventory Variance Detail (INV105)

Shows details by collection of the variances between the current system on-hand quantities and the actual counts recorded during physical inventory sessions for one or more locations within the date range you specify.

The report includes the following:

  • Location
  • Physical inventory date
  • Item cost
  • Current system on-hand quantity
  • Current system on-hand quantity value
  • Inventory count
  • Inventory count value
  • Variance
  • Variance percentage
  • Variance value
  • Variance value percentage

You can generate the report for frames or accessories. For frames, you can select one or more collections.

To include items with no variance, select Show Zero Variance Items.

You can also generate this report for the office from which you are accessing AcuityLogic POS in the Inventory section's Reports tab.

Inventory Status Report (INV106)

Shows the on-hand, on-order, and in-transit quantities for inventory items for one or more locations along with the unit and total cost for the items. For frames, you can use the available filters to generate the report for specific collections, gender types, age groups, and frame classes.

If your company uses financial groups, you can generate the report for one or more financial groups. To group the items in each location by financial group, select Group by Financial Group. See Maintaining Financial Groups.

When generating the report, select Show Zero Balance Items to include items with a zero quantity.

To show only items on back order from the vendor, select Show Vendor Back Ordered Only.

To include WIP, WIP In Transit, and Committed quantities, select Show Optional Columns.

You can also generate this report for the office from which you are accessing AcuityLogic POS in the Inventory section's Reports tab.

Item Transit In Report (INV107)

Shows the frames and accessories transferred to one or more receiving locations within the date range you specify. You can generate the report to display transfers with specific item statuses, transfer reasons, or receipt statuses. For frames, you can generate the report for specific collections.

You can also generate this report for the office from which you are accessing AcuityLogic POS in the Inventory section's Reports tab.

Item On Order Report (INV108)

Shows the frames and accessories ordered for one or more locations within the date range you specify. The report shows on-order, on-hand, and in-transit quantities along with details for the stock orders associated with each item.

You can also generate this report for the office from which you are accessing AcuityLogic POS in the Inventory section's Reports tab.

Item Transfer Out Report (INV109)

Shows the frames and accessories transferred from one or more locations within the date range you specify. You can generate the report to display transfers with specific item statuses, transfer reasons, or receipt statuses.

You can also generate this report for the office from which you are accessing AcuityLogic POS in the Inventory section's Reports tab.

Frame Sale By Vendor By Collection (INV111)

Shows quantity of frames sold by vendor and collection for one or more locations for each month of the year you specify. You can generate the report for individual vendors and select one or more collections for the vendor.

When generating the report, select Show Collection summary by Company to show quantities sold for the entire company instead of individual offices.

You can also generate this report for the office from which you are accessing AcuityLogic POS in the Inventory section's Reports tab.

Frame Sale By Style (INV112)

Shows quantity of frames sold for one or more locations by style for each month of the year you specify. You can generate the report for one or more collections.

When generating the report, select Show Detail by Item to see additional details for each style in a collection.

You can also generate this report for the office from which you are accessing AcuityLogic POS in the Inventory section's Reports tab.

Frame Replenishment Report (INV113)

Shows frame replenishment stock orders by vendor for one or more locations within the date range you specify. You can generate the report for automatic stock orders, manual stock orders, or both. See Understanding Stock Order Types for information about stock orders.

When generating the report, select Group By Office to group stock orders by the selected offices.

Inventory Transaction Report (INV114)

Shows inventory balances and transactions for frames or accessories for one or more locations within the date range you specify. See Looking Up Inventory in AcuityLogic DC for information about inventory balances and transactions.

When generating the report, select Single Item Inquiry and select an item to show inventory balances and transactions for that item only.

Product Receipt Details (INV116)

Shows vendor receipt details for one or more locations within the date range you specify.

If your company uses financial groups, you can generate the report for one or more financial groups. To group the vendor receipts in each location by financial group, select Group by Financial Group. See Maintaining Financial Groups.

When generating the report, select Page break by For Office to show the vendor receipts for each selected office on a separate page.

In Transit Clean-Up Report (INV117)

Shows inventory items that have been transferred but not yet received by the destination office or distribution center locations you specify.

When generating the report, you can specify a cutoff date for the report. All transfers created before the cutoff date that have not been received are included in the report.

Product Receipt Summary (INV118)

Shows high-level information about vendor receipts, including freight charges.

You can export this report to a PDF or CSV file.

Inventory Valuation Report (AC151)

Shows the value of system on-hand inventory items for one or more locations for the date you specify.

The report includes the following:

  • Item Number, Name, and UPC Code
  • System on-hand quantity
  • Default cost set up in AcuityLogic Admin
  • System on-hand quantity value (on-hand quantity x default cost)

If your company uses financial groups, you can generate the report for all, one, or multiple financial groups. To group the value of inventory items in each location by financial group, select Group by Financial Group. See Maintaining Financial Groups.

When generating the report, select Combine Offices to show the value of inventory items in all locations together.

Select Include In Transit Items to include in-transit items in the report. In-transit items are listed after the on-hand items and have their own subtotal.

To show the value of inventory items by location, select Group by Office.

To show the value of inventory items by vendor, select Group by Vendor.

To show the value of inventory items by collection, select Group by Collection.

You can also generate this report from AcuityLogic BackOffice.
