Inventory Reports in AcuityLogic POS

In the Inventory menu in AcuityLogic POS, you can generate several inventory reports:

Report Description

Reconciliation By Collection (INV101)

Shows the inventory count recorded during a physical inventory session. The report provides a breakdown of the counts recorded at each inventory location by collection.

You can generate the report for frame or accessory inventory sessions. For frame inventory sessions, you can select one or more collections. The dates available for the report are based on the inventory session dates for the selected item type.

Physical Inventory Valuation Detail (INV103)

Shows the value of the inventory items counted during a physical inventory session. The values displayed are calculated using the default cost set up in AcuityLogic Admin.

You can generate the report for frame or accessory inventory sessions. For frame inventory sessions, you can select one or more collections. The dates available for the report are based on the inventory session dates for the selected item type. Select Show Zero Balance Items to include items with a zero inventory count for the selected session.

If your company is set up to use AcuityLogic DC, you can also generate this report for multiple offices and multiple inventory sessions. See Reports in AcuityLogic DC.

Physical Inventory Variance Summary (INV104)

Shows the total variance between the current system on-hand quantity and the actual count recorded during an inventory session.

The report includes the following:

  • Current system on-hand quantity
  • Inventory count
  • Variance
  • Variance percentage
  • Current system on-hand quantity value
  • Inventory count value
  • Variance value
  • Variance value percentage

You can generate the report for frame or accessory inventory sessions. For frame inventory sessions, you can select one or more collections. The dates available for the report are based on the inventory session dates for the selected item type.

Physical Inventory Variance Detail (INV105)

Shows details by collection of the variances between the current system on-hand quantities and the actual counts recorded during an inventory session.

The report includes the following:

  • Item cost
  • Current system on-hand quantity
  • Current system on-hand quantity value
  • Inventory count
  • Inventory count value
  • Variance
  • Variance percentage
  • Variance value
  • Variance value percentage

You can generate the report for frame or accessory inventory sessions. For frame inventory sessions, you can select one or more collections. The dates available for the report are based on the inventory session dates for the selected item type. Select Show Zero Variance Items to include items with no variance for the selected session.

Inventory Status Report (INV106)

Shows the on-hand, on-order, and in-transit quantities for inventory items in your office along with the unit and total cost for the items. For frames, you can use the available filters to generate the report for specific collections, gender types, age groups, and frame classes.

When generating the report, select Show Zero Balance Items to include items with a zero quantity. Select Show Vendor Back ordered Only to show only items on backorder from the vendor. Select Show Optional Columns to include WIP, WIP In Transit, and Committed quantities.

Item Transit In Report (INV107)

Shows the frames and accessories transferred to your office within the date range you specify. You can generate the report to display transfers with specific item statuses, transfer reasons, or receipt statuses. For frames, you can generate the report for specific collections.

Item On Order Report (INV108)

Shows the frames and accessories ordered for your office within the date range you specify. The report shows on-order, on-hand, and transit-in quantities along with details for the stock orders associated with each item.

Item Transfer Out Report (INV109)

Shows the frames and accessories transferred from your office within the date range you specify. You can generate the report to display transfers with specific item statuses, transfer reasons, or receipt statuses.

Frame Sale By Vendor By Collection (INV111)

Shows quantity of frames sold by collection for your office by vendor for each month of the year you specify. You can also generate the report for individual vendors and select one or more collections for the vendor.

Frame Sale By Style (INV112)

Shows quantity of frames sold for your office by style for each month of the year you specify. You can generate the report for one or more collections.

When generating the report, select Show Detail by Item to see additional details for each style in a collection.
