Creating Contact Lens Stock Orders for ABB/CLX/Fait (formerly WVA)

You can create contact lens stock orders manually for inventory replenishment in AcuityLogic POS.

To find a lens for the order, you can use the AcuityLogic lookup functionality, or you can use a bar code scanner to scan the code of a lens you have in stock.

Contact lens stock orders are added to Replenish (Manual) stock orders. See Understanding Contact Lens Stock Order Types.

  • You can use a bar code scanner to create orders for contact lens trials or for stock supply orders.
  • AcuityLogic does not support using a bar code scanner for entering contact lens prescriptions or for adding a contact lens to a patient order.
  • AcuityLogic does not support taking physical inventory for contact lenses with or without a bar code scanner.
