Recording Patient No Shows in Calendar View in AcuityLogic POS

To record patient no shows in Calendar View

  1. Open Calendar View. See Opening the Scheduler in AcuityLogic POS.
  2. Navigate to the appointment you want to mark as a no show. See Navigating Calendar View in AcuityLogic POS.
  3. Perform one of the following tasks:
    • Right-click the appointment and select No Show.
    • Right-click the appointment, select Edit Selected Appointment, and select the No Show radio button.
