Viewing Patient Order Information

From the Orders tab of a patient’s profile, you can view a list of existing orders for a patient along with the patient’s outstanding balances.

To view patient order information

1. Open a patient profile. See Opening Patient Profiles.
2. Click the Orders tab.

   The patient’s order information is displayed:

   

   1. View outstanding balances.
   2. Click to view order details.
   3. Click to view order progress.
   4. Click to view order status history.
   5. Click to view transaction details.
   6. Click to view payment history.
   7. Click to print lab order.
