Canceling an ePA

After an ePA has been submitted, there may be situations when you want to cancel the ePA.

To cancel an ePA

1. Open the ePA Queue. For more information, go to Opening the ePA Queue.

2. Locate the prior authorization you want to override and select Cancel ePA.

3. Enter the reason for canceling the ePA.

4. Click Cancel ePA.
