Editing the Procedures and Plans

The Procedures and Plans window is automatically populated as you begin to treat the patient and add procedures and plans to the patient’s visit note.

To add a procedure and plan

1. Open the patient’s Clipboard.

   For more information on opening the Clipboard, go to Accessing the Clipboard.

2. Click the Procedures and Plans button.
3. Click Add Procedure or Plan.
4. Answer the questions.
5. Click Save.
