Printing the Patient Face Sheet

The face sheet is a printable routing slip that lists patient demographic and insurance information.

1. Search for the patient and open the Patient Chart. To learn how, go to Finding Patients.
2. Click the Face Sheet action bar icon.

   The face sheet displays as a PDF.

3. Print the PDF, if needed.
