Viewing the Final Prescription

Navigate to the Visit Overview. To learn how, go to Creating or Opening a Visit

Click the Glasses & Contacts action bar button.

The Refractions tab displays the refractions for this visit, if any.

From the Refractions tab, you can click New Glasses, New Soft Contacts, or New Specialty Contacts to add a prescription based on a refraction.

Depending on the type of final prescription, click one of the tabs along the left side:

Glasses
Soft Contact Lenses
Specialty Contact Lenses

Once you have located the final prescription, perform any of the following actions as needed:

Click Send Rx to send the prescription to the practice management system.
Click Print to print a copy of the prescription.
Click Edit to make adjustments to the prescription.
Click Copy to duplicate the prescription.
Click Delete to remove the prescription.
