Managing Eyewear Prescription Settings
The eyewear prescription settings apply to all practice locations.
What do you want to do?Navigate to the Manage Eyewear Prescriptions page
- Log in to the Eyefinity EHR web application as an administrator.
- Locate and expand the Firm Settings group.
- Click Manage Eyewear Prescriptions.
The Manage Eyewear Prescriptions page opens.
Include the national brand name on prescriptions
You can include the national brand equipment to private label contact lenses on printed prescriptions.
- Open the Manage Eyewear Prescriptions page. To learn how, go to Navigate to the Manage Eyewear Prescriptions page
- Locate the Render National Brand on prescriptions for private label contact lenses? setting and select Yes.
- Click Save.
Set New Jersey glasses and contact lens prescription print format
This setting only impacts practice locations within the State of New Jersey. This setting enables practice locations in New Jersey to print glasses prescriptions on the same prescription blank as contact lenses. This setting is intended to eliminate the need to change the paper in the printer depending on the type of prescription. The default setting is No.
- Open the Manage Eyewear Prescriptions page. To learn how, go to Navigate to the Manage Eyewear Prescriptions page
- Locate the For state of New Jersey, print both glasses and contact lens Rx's in same prescription blank format? setting and select Yes.
- Click Save.
