Assigning and Filtering by Visit Categories (Browser)
To assign categories to a visit
- Navigate to the visit overview.
- Locate the Visit Settings tile and click Manage.
- Click the Visit Note Category drop-down and select an appropriate category.
- When you're finished, click Save.
To filter patient activity based on visit categories
- Navigate to the patient chart.
- Click Expand Filters at the top of the Patient Activity card.
- Click Category and select the category you wish to use as a filter
- Click Apply Filters.
