Installing and Opening the Eyefinity EHR App

Downloading, installing, and opening the Eyefinity EHR iPad app is a snap! This section covers how

  1. Tap the App Store icon on your home screen.
  2. Tap the Search field.
  3. Enter Eyefinity EHR and tap the Search key.
  4. Locate Eyefinity EHR and tap the GET button.
  5. Tap the Install button.
  6. Enter the Apple Account Password for the account shown.

  1. Tap the Eyefinity EHR icon on the home screen.
  2. Enter the Company URL.

    Your company URL is your practice’s unique eyefinityehr.com address. Do not include “http://” or “https://”

  3. Enter the Username and Password that your administrator assigned to you.
  4. Tap Login.
  5. If prompted to activate Touch ID, go to To set up Touch ID with Eyefinity EHR.
  6. If prompted, tap I Agree to accept the terms of service.
  1. If you are in a patient chart, tap Home to return to the home screen.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Logout.
