Resetting Your Password
Every user in the practice can recover their own password provided they have an email address, date of birth, and last name saved in Eyefinity EHR. If a user is unable to reset their own password, they should contact the practice administrator for assistance. For more information, go to Managing User Accounts and Passwords.
The first time you log into Eyefinity EHR. you're prompted to enter your date of birth and email address. These pieces of information, along with your last name, are used to confirm your identity when you need to recover your password. If you need to update your date of birth or email address, follow these steps:
- Log into the Eyefinity EHR. web application.
- Click Preferences in the top-right corner of the page.
- Click Update My Information.
- Update your Email, Date of Birth, and Mobile Phone # as needed and click Save.
- Log into the Eyefinity EHR. web application.
- Click Reset Password in the top-right corner of the page.
- Enter a New Password and Confirm Password.
- Click Set Password.
Your password has been changed. Eyefinity EHR also sends an email confirming the password change.
- Open the Eyefinity EHR login page.
- Enter your Username, Date of Birth, and Last Name.
- Select the I'm Not a Robot check box and click Request Email.
Eyefinity EHR sends a verification link to your email. You can safely close the current browser tab.
- Go to your email and locate the message from "Account Team."
- Click the link in the email.
A new browser tab opens.
- Enter your Date of Birth and Last Name and click Verify Information.
- Enter a New Password and Confirm Password.
- Click Set Password.
Your password has been changed. Eyefinity EHR also sends an email confirming the password change.
