Customizing Review of Systems Questions
You can add, edit, and hide ROS questions and alerts. The changes you make impact what clinical staff see in Eyefinity EHR and what patients see in kiosk and patient portal.
What do you want to do?- Log in to the Eyefinity EHR web application as an administrator.
- Expand the ROS Settings section and click Manage ROS.
The Manage ROS page opens and displays the alert and ROS questions.
- Open the Manage ROS page. To learn how, go to Open the Manage ROS page.
- Select the New Patients and Established Patients check boxes depending on which patient population(s) each question applies.
Only New Patient questions appear in the Kiosk. New Patient questions appear only for patients who have not had an exam at your practice in Eyefinity EHR in the past three years.
If no check boxes are selected in a column, clinical staff are presented with all of the questions. However, if one or more check boxes are selected, clinical staff are presented only the selected questions.
If no check boxes are selected in the New Patients column, patients are not presented with the Review of Systems section in the Kiosk.
