Using the Eyefinity EHR Kiosk
The Eyefinity EHR Kiosk is a secure, easy-to-use iPad app that streamlines patient intake. The kiosk reduces practice staff workload by enabling patients to enter medical history information and sign consents electronically, rather than marking that information on paper. Practice staff will no longer need to transcribe, scan, or file patient intake forms. The patient’s electronic selections are reviewed by clinical staff before they are merged with the patient record in Eyefinity EHR.
The kiosk guides patients through updating the following types of information:
- Review of Systems
- Consents
- Medical history
- Family history
- Social history
- Allergies
- Preferred pharmacy
Eyefinity recommends using one or more dedicated iPads for patient intake.
The Eyefinity Kiosk app has the same system requirements as Eyefinity EHR. To review the system requirements, go to Eyefinity EHR System Requirements.
