Editing Allergies in the iPad App
This section explains how to record the details of the patient’s allergies and allergic reactions. The topic describes how

- Open the patient’s Clipboard.

- Tap the Allergies button.
The Allergies screen opens.
- Tap Add Allergy.
A Search window opens.
- Enter the first few letters of the allergy name to search.
- Tap the name of the allergy.
The allergy is added to the patient’s Clipboard, and a list of reactions appears.
- Tap one or more reactions.
- Answer the allergy questions at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Done or navigate to another section.
Your changes are automatically saved.

- Open the patient’s Clipboard.
