Using Intramail on the iPad App

To send an intramail message from the Visit Overview
- Open the Visit Overview screen.
For more information, go to Creating or Opening a Visit.
- Tap More, and tap Send Intramail.
You can also access intramail from the Home screen by tapping Mail on the Action Bar.
The Intramail window appears.
- Tap the To text box, and select a provider or staff member from the suggested list.
You can also send a message to a patient.
- Tap the CC text box and select a provider or staff member from the suggested list.
The Subject defaults to the patient name and visit date/time. Accept the default or enter a new subject.
- Enter the text of your message.
- Tap Send to send the message.
To read an intramail message
- Open the Home screen.
- Tap Mail on the Action Bar.
The Intramail screen opens to your Inbox. A blue dot appears next to new (unread) messages.
- Tap one of the messages.
The message opens.
- Tap the patient name to open the patient’s chart.
