Recording the Ocular Exam in the Detailed Visit Overview (iPad)

Select the exam set you want to use to record your findings for the patient’s ocular exam directly in the Detailed Visit Overview. You can use filters to customize the exam set and view only the sections of the exam you perform.

When you initially open the exam, all of the sections of the exam are set to normal. You only have to record any abnormal findings.
