Sending Final Prescriptions from the Detailed Visit Overview (iPad)

This method sends all final contact lens and glasses prescriptions to the practice management system:

1. Open a patient visit. To learn how, go to Creating or Opening a Visit (iPad).

   When prescriptions are available to send, the Send Rx buttons are orange.

2. Tap Send Rx on the Action Bar or Progress Bar.

   The message, “Sending data to PMS,” appears, and the Send Rx button turns green.
