Sending Final Prescriptions from the Detailed Visit Overview (iPad)

You can send all final glasses and contact lens prescriptions from most pages in the Detailed Visit Overview just by tapping the Send Rx action bar button.

1. Open a patient visit. To learn how, go to Creating or Opening a Visit (iPad).
2. Tap the Send Rx action bar button.

You can send individual final and trail prescriptions to the practice management system manually. Here's how:

1. Navigate to the Vision Exam or the G&C screen to view the prescription. To learn more, go to Viewing and Printing the Final Prescription in the Detailed Visit Overview (iPad).
2. Tap the Send Rx link that appears in the header of the prescription you wish to send.
