Resetting Staff Password

If a staff member has forgotten his or her password, you can reset it. (If a staff member leaves the company, you should inactivate him or her.) For more information about inactivating staff, go to Inactivating Staff.

  1. From the menu, select Resources and then Staff Setup.
  2. Search for the staff member for whom you want to reset his or her password.
  3. Click Reset Password in the Reset Password column.
  4. Copy and paste the temporary password displayed and send it to the staff member whose password you are resetting so that he or she can log in and create a new password.
  5. Click OK.
