Setting Up Appointment Services

The services available for you to set up in the Scheduler are the same services available for you to set up in the Products/Services: Service Setup window. (See Setting Up Services.)

To set up appointment services:

  1. In Office: Setup, click Scheduler and select Appointment Service Setup.
  2. Search for the services/exams that you want to set up.
  3. To have represent the services you schedule so that appointments are highlighted with a specific color, select Appt. Service Colors.

    You can assign the same color to multiple services.

  4. To enable the services to be scheduled, select Active.
  5. Click Save.

    To revert your selections to the last saved selections, click Revert.
