Setting Up Appointment Services

The services available for you to set up in the Scheduler are the same services available for you to set up in the Products & Services: Service Setup window. (See Setting Up Services.)

To set up appointment services:

  1. From the office, select Scheduler and then Appointment Service Setup. See Navigating Administration for information on how to select an office.
  2. To have the services you offer show in the schedule with appointments highlighted in a specific color, select Appt. Service Colors.

    You can assign the same color to multiple services.

  3. To enable the services to be scheduled, select Active.
  4. Click Save.

    To revert your selections to the last saved selections, click Revert.
