Setting Up Appointment Services
The services available for you to set up in the Scheduler are the same services available for you to set up in the Products & Services: Service Setup window. (See Setting Up Services.)
To set up appointment services:
- From the office, select Scheduler and then Appointment Service Setup. See Navigating Administration for information on how to select an office.
- To have the services you offer show in the schedule with appointments highlighted in a specific color, select Appt. Service Colors.
You can assign the same color to multiple services.
- To enable the services to be scheduled, select Active.
- Click Save.
To revert your selections to the last saved selections, click Revert.
