Setting Up Custom Frames

This topic includes:

Creating New Custom Frames

  1. In Company: Setup, click Products/Services and select Frame Setup.
  2. Click Custom Frame Setup.
  3. Select a Manufacturer, or click + Manufacturer to enter the name of a new one.
  4. Select a Collection, or click + Collection to enter the name of a new one.
  5. Select a Model, or click + Model to enter the name of a new one.
  6. Record the Model Attributes and Frame Specific Attributes information for the frame.
  7. To include the frame in bulk pricing and make it available for use in Material Orders and Inventory, select the Active check box.
  8. Click Create New Frame.

Editing Custom Frames

  1. In Company: Setup, click Products/Services and select Frame Setup.
  2. Perform one of the following steps:
    • Click Custom Frame Setup and select the Manufacturer, Collection, and Model for the custom frame you want to edit.
    • Click Standard Frame Setup, search for the Manufacturer, Collection, and Model for the custom frame you want to edit, and click the Edit icon in the Custom column.
    Custom frames have the word “Custom” appended to the Manufacturer, Collection, and/or Model name.
  3. Edit the frame information.
  4. Click Update Existing Frame.

Deleting Custom Frames

You can delete a custom frame only if it has not been used on an order.

  1. In Company: Setup, click Products/Services and select Frame Setup.
  2. Perform one of the following steps:
    • Click Custom Frame Setup, select the Manufacturer, Collection, and Model for the custom frame you want to edit, and click Delete Frame.
    • Click Standard Frame Setup, search for the Manufacturer, Collection, and Model for the custom frame you want to edit, and click the Delete icon in the Custom column.
