Setting Up Provider Scheduler Resource Hours

You can set up your resource hours in the Scheduler before you use it, or you can modify resource hours at any time. (You cannot set up resource hours until you set up office hours.) To set up office hours in the Scheduler, go to Setting Up Resource Schedules.

1. On the Encompass home screen, click Administration.

   The Company: Setup screen opens.

2. On the top menu bar, click Resources and select Provider Setup.
3. Search for the provider for whom you want to set up resource hours.
4. Click Modify in the Clinic Hours column.
5. Modify resource hours as described in Setting Up Resource Schedules to modify resource hours.
