Retrying Failed Claims

A warning message appears in the Process Claims window when one or more orders you created in Material Orders have failed to generate a claim. You can try generating the claims again.

  1. From Eyefinity Practice Management, click Claim Management.
  2. In the You have Failed Claims warning box, click View.
  3. Select the Retry Claims check box next to each failed claim you want to retry.

    To retry all of the failed claims, select All.

  4. Click Retry Claims.

    The system attempts to submit the claims you selected. A message appears, indicating whether the retry was successful.
